Circa 1870's, an antique Opal and Seed Pearl gemstone dress ring in the decorative style of the time featuring a variety of technique including hand engraving and grainti (tiny Gold bead ornamentation). In modest 9ct Gold with a rosy flush and hallmarked inside at the Birmingham Assay Office, it shows three pale delicate pinky blue toned Opals and a selection of miniature Seed Pearls. The inspiration for the design is historical and perhaps sees the beginnings of the Arts & Crafts Movement.
The ring size is an 'O/7/15/55' but there is room for a small amount of adjustment if you leave a note on your order form.
